3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing Transparency
We are committed to clear and upfront pricing. All costs will be explained before confirmation.

Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure the event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. Deposits & Refunds

  • A deposit is required to secure the event date.

  • Once the deposit payment is confirmed, it is strictly non-refundable.

  • If the client cancels the event, the deposit may be credited toward a new booking within 6 months of the original event date, subject to availability and management approval.

  • Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash refunds under any circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the event type and timing.

  • Clients must contact Royal Bamyan Reception directly to discuss available options.

6. Client Responsibility & Liability

  • The client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and any damage caused during the event.

  • Any repair, cleaning, or penalty costs resulting from damage or misuse will be charged to the client.

Force Majeure
Royal Bamyan Reception is not liable for events beyond its control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
